Retainer Process

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1:

Initial Meeting | Telephonic Discussion

In the meeting, we will look at the website and scope of work that needs to be attended to on ongoing bases. Work can include:

– Website Maintenance

– Website Content Updates

– Product Updates

– Website backend and Security Updates

STEP 2:

Quote

We will gather all the information provided in the meeting and create a quote that will serve as a retainer. It will contain the number of hours that can cover the discussed tasks on a monthly bases.

STEP 3:

Tasks & Content

We will invite you to join our project management software where you can list and view tasks or content that may arise during the month. These would be logged against your retainer hours.

STEP 4:

Extra Work Or Hours

If there is extra work that needs to be done outside of the scope discussed, we will get approval from you first and this will be added to the next months’ invoice.

STEP 5:

Invoice

An invoice is issued every 30th of each month with a time log of the work completed during the month.
